Mr David McCorkell took up office as Lord-Lieutenant for County Antrim on the 29 June 2019. Lord-Lieutenants are appointed by the Crown by Letters Patent under the Great Seal. David’s Letters Patent were dated the 16 July 2019 and were enrolled in the Central Office of the Court of Judicature of Northern Ireland on 20 November 2019, as can be seen in the London Gazette Appointment Notice.
