The Lord-Lieutenant of County Antrim, Mr David McCorkell, has received HRH The Princess Royal in Ballycastle.
HRH, Patron of Save the Children, visited the Save the Children Shop on Ann Street, which is celebrating its 10th Anniversary. It is also one of Northern Ireland’s most profitable stores for the charity.
The Lord-Lieutenant was joined by his Lord-Lieutenant Cadet, Cadet Corporal Faith Steen, Antrim Detachment, 1st NI Battalion ACF, Royal Engineers
The High Sheriff of County Antrim, Mr Peter Mackie, DL, attended.
Also in attendance was the Mayor of Causeway Coast & Glens Borough Council, Councillor Ivor Wallace, the CEO, Mr David Jackson, and local MP, Mr Ian Paisley, MP.
